I have been bringing vehicles to Gages Lake since they opened. Over the years the comprehensive diagnostic services have helped me in making educated auto purchases, kept my used cars running, kept costs down by coaching me when repairs could be completed DYI, and prevented disruption by providing comprehensive loaner vehicles when necessary. With several of my older vehicles, I have suggested we could just trade my vehicle for the loaners . When asked if you could find cheaper service, the answer I give is that there is always someone who will do it cheaper if you are willing to take the risk. However, you will never find a better combination of price and value.

10:30 in the morning. I have a delivery to make in Union Grove. I start my van and it is making ALL the bad noises. I shut it down, call Ken at the Lake Villa location. I explain exactly what it is. Not only do they get me in, they have a nice loaner car. I made my way to him, they got it fixed, found other problems because of this, delivery got made and all wrapped up by 4:30!! Does YOUR shop do this!!?

Best Macheinc Shop Around! I'm so glad I found them! It's nice to not have to worry about not having a car while your car is being taken care of they have great loaners! Trustworthy, Reliable, Great Communication!!! It's nice to be able to trust someone with your car, and know that they will figure out what's wrong and get the job done right!
