communicates well. They explain repairs beforehand. GL always provides options in terms of necessary repairs versus those that can wait. GL is courteous and takes as much time as necessary to consult with clients. GL is personable and honest. One gets what one pays for. In other words “a friend of a friend” repair jockey may be cheap. A knowledgeable technician is reasonable but not cheap.

The guys came thru again!! I go in for the routine oil change but wanted the stabilizer bar links replaced also. I get that "Mr. Forster, can you come back here" line. So instead of the links it turns out to just the rubber bushings. A cheaper fix for my old heap. How many other shops would have done this! Right. They would have told you both were shot and not changed your links. How are you to know. If your going anywhere else, your going to the wrong place!!
