If your going somewhere else for service, your going to the wrong place!! I have my regular oil changes done at the Lake Villa shop. These guys always save me. This last time was a worn left front tie rod. When these break you wreck!! Last time was a badly worn left front tire. Everytime I'm headed out of town so I can't be broke down or worse. Great service and very reasonable rates. No mechanic turnover. Don't just take my word, become a customer.

You won't find a more honest, and professional auto-care facility in the area. Every Dealer I called or visited demanded my money, patience, frustration, and essentially told me they were all too busy for me. I was in a tough spot, and needed repairs and a loaner! Gages Lake Auto to the rescue once again. Most professional and honest care you'll ever find. Period.

I left for work only to realize I had low tire pressure; there was a screw in my tire and it was leaking pretty quickly. Panic mode! It was “too late” to call off work, but going anywhere after work would mean waiting hours, as no one I normally have handle my tires takes appointments. I work at a school down the street, and had heard about them before, so We gave it a shot. One call to Gages Lake Auto and they let me drop off the car, and a coworker met me there, and we picked it up after work. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional!
