It's always a pleasure to do business with the people at Gages Lake repair. They are so helpful, polite and knowledgeable. They are honest and go out of their way to help me. I'm disabled, but I'm sure they are just as helpful to everyone. It's nice to have a mechanic you can trust. I highly recommend them.

The customer service and the mechanical expertise at Gages Lake Auto are phenomenal. In the Lake Villa location, CJ is a tremendous customer service manager, and in the back Skip the mechanic is so good at what he does, we call him the "mechanical magician". Compared to a dealership, the cost for repairs is very reasonable. On our last visit, the repairs to our car were beyond expectation.

Thank you CJ and Skip for your exceptional customer service and professional recommendations. It's worth it to keep an older car running as long as you have people that you can trust to care for it. Also I really appreciate the loaner car!😁👍

Very good service w/thorough explanation of the service needed. They do not try "UPSELL" the customer. As a matter of fact, a service that I thought I needed was explain as to why I did not need -- that lends to trust. I was pleasantly surprise to find that a Service Rep (Pat) that I had worked with for years and knows the vehicle was part of the company. It's a place the I would recommend. Ask for Pat!
