Very good service w/thorough explanation of the service needed. They do not try "UPSELL" the customer. As a matter of fact, a service that I thought I needed was explain as to why I did not need -- that lends to trust. I was pleasantly surprise to find that a Service Rep (Pat) that I had worked with for years and knows the vehicle was part of the company. It's a place the I would recommend. Ask for Pat!

Took my car to Gages Lake Auto for the first time and they did an awesome job. They explained exactly what needed to be done, gave a fair price, completed the repairs quickly, and provided a loaner. It's so nice to finally find a shop I can trust.

My daughter is a new driver and needed an oil change. Ken was able to explain about the important of oil changes and maintaining a vehicle. He included giving her a tour under the hood, pointing out various components. He was very helpful.
