I have been taking both of our cars to Gages Lake Auto in Lake Villa for over a year now; and I have to say that they go above and beyond in their servicing of our cars. Jim and his staff are always prompt in contacting us when the problems are found, our cars are fixed in a prompt manner and we are always contacted when the cars are ready for pickup. I'm so glad that we have them in our neighborhood and that they can always be counted on to provide honest and prompt service.

Brought my car in because the check engine light was on and I needed to have the car pass its emissions test. First of all, they gave me a clean, nice and free courtesy car to use. When I went in to pick up the car, Todd told me that they had already taken the car for the emissions test and the paperwork was sitting on the front seat. One less thing that I had to do today. Outstanding service!.
