Called last Thursday about my genesis G90 wouldn’t start at all they told me to tow it in I spoke with WILLIE he did mention the 155 service fee to check the car that is expected many people complain but understand to check the car anywhere that is reliable and professional their will be a fee then they quote me a price and as work started to get done they ran into a. Lot of issues that most places would charge me over 4k they did the job replaces my starter and battery and other work done to the car on a highly hard car to work on and paid under 1700 for everything including the service check fee ! My car runs amazing ! They were honest yes may be expensive at times but guess what anytime a car breaks down we have cost the point of this review is they treat you like family and are upfront on what they can do I will bring my car back here for service ! It’s about honestly and hard work and honest work that has no price ! Thank you to the service team and to Willie as well as KEN who were very nice polite ! Also got quotes elsewhere and they were by far the best price and best reviews ! I highly recommend GAGES LAKE AUTO !! 5 STARS

Ken found the problem quickly with his fellow team member and fixed my car in one day. They have great service, and their work is exceptional and prices are fair. If I would have had the work done at a dealership, it would have cost me at least a few hundred dollars more, I'm sure. Thank you to Ken H and his staff.

I was referred to Gage's Lake Auto by a friend in 2015 after a dealer suggested to me my 2002 CRV should be traded in and not repaired due to the cost. I drove that car 5 more years because of Gages Lake Auto. I never once felt like they were suggesting that I fix something that wasn't absolutely necessary. When I replaced that car I made sure they checked out it's replacement before purchasing. I appreciate your honesty regarding repairs and the loaners when necessary. Had a mechanical problem surprise me on Thursday. Called GL and they were able to get me in and a diagnosis within a very short time. Picked up the car the next morning, perfect! They were so nice on the phone and responded immediately to texts with any questions. Highly recommend!
