Ken and his technicians are an excellent group to work with. Total transparency and up to date progress seem to be a keynote of their way of doing business. I would not take my cars anyplace else for needed repair or maintenance.

When a car has issues it can make life miserable. But the folks at Gages Lake go above and beyond in customer service. They will find what's wrong, fix it- all the while treating you like family. So thankful for the team there. Life is a little less stressful when your car is in their hands.

CJ and Ken had my daughter's car diagnosis completed and ordered part. The courtesy car really helped because part arrived late. Great guys to work with and will be back.

We’ve been coming here for years without issue. Until this last visit. Brought my car in for a leak and a noise when turning. When I got my car back, there was a new and much worse noise and the leak remained. Wasn’t even addressed. Brought my car back and was told ‘this was nothing we did….’ and ‘repairs will be 5k+’. Took my car elsewhere. And was told that the transmission (which Gages Lake Auto serviced) had old and water ridden fluid. They officially ruined my car. Absolutely do not recommend taking your car here. Full disclosure- they did refund me for service I paid for without question, but that doesn’t make the situation okay.
