So the Lake Villa shop is swamped, short handed and I swing in on a Wednesday to try to get and early morning oil change. I would like to have this done before the weekend because I'm going to be putting some miles on the big van. Ken searches and re-arranges the schedule to get me in first thing Friday. Does YOUR fix it shop do this for YOU!? These guys are outstanding. If your going anywhere else your not getting as good as service and are paying too much!!

We took our 2008 Infiniti here for some warranty work. Kristen was amazing and very communicative throughout the entire process. We ended up having a small issue after getting the car back however they took it right back, corrected the issue no questions asked and we couldn't be more happy. We will now use them for any of our repair needs!

Gages Lake Auto really surpassed our expectations. We had a terrible experience where a dealership botched an oil change, then said we needed to replace the engine. Jonny found out the problem was actually a damaged filter. Our problems were fixed for a very reasonable price. The service is top notch. We will definitely be using them again.
